I just signed up to write for spn_j2_bigbang. Now I sit here clutching my head going omg omg I am insane, trying to remember how plot works.

Things I have been thinking about lately: gravity. Specifically, sex scenes in which it doesn't exist. You know the kind of thing, where A is touching B there and there and kissing him here at the same time, while ( Read more... )

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is one of the BEST MOVIES EVER, and will make you love Robert Downey Jr., Michelle Monahan and especially Val Kilmer in totally unreasonable ways. I am not projecting; this is empirical data collected from dozens of people. Other movies aspire to be that much fun and fail.

*grins* That does sound promising. I admit, I went with Indy tonight for sheer familiarity and comfort, and also because I was pretty sure I could follow the plot even with the codeine, but tomorrow, hey. :)

Don't forget Ratatouille, which just one the Golden Globe for something, and if you haven't seen Brad Bird's other movies, the Iron Giant which is awesome and the Incredibles which is also very cool. (I think there is no one who hasn't seen the Incredibles ( ... )

I dunno, there is just something about a rat in a kitchen that... no. I don't care how cute he is. Rodents and food prep do not go together for me. *g* But if I get a yen for lovable killers I obv'y have an excellent list to start with now!

I ended up watching Indy -- sometimes I think I ask people's opinions just so I can do something other than what they suggest. *g* But I'll be working my way down the list over the coming week, I'm pretty sure!

If I had a third hand, I'd make you hold it. :) As if the terror of signing up wasn't enough, now I have to decide what to write before I can move on to the next stage of actual writing. Like, there is the story with the thing! but also the story with the other thing!

I can tell this is going to be exciting, already. *g*
