RE: Big Cities... ooh! Done that! I wrote Fraser goes to Panama City (lost in the mists of the Internet), and my husband told the story of Fraser stationed in Nairobi (not in the same story).

Thanks for the snippet! Um... have you considered continuing the pava-fruit slavefic AU?

Fraser in Nairobi! That would be shiny. But I think the challenge is to actually make the characters be native to whichever city a person chooses. I think. (Since this isn't my challenge, maybe I shouldn't pretend to know the rules. *g*)

Glad you liked the snippet! The next snippet will hopefully be another helpless plaything one, if that's what gets finished first. I keep thinking of that universe as a work totally in progress, but I know it's slow to anyone who can't see the inside of my head. ;)

(Contemplates head and sharpness of handy knife) Do heads peel like pava fruit and can I have a sniipet with this title please? (flutters eyelashes in inadequate but hopeful manner)

It's the heat doing things to me - actually it's quite cool today, only about 28C

The heat is ev0l -- things have improved here though, it's cooler and rain-ish and today I actually closed one of the windows, omg.

Does the snippet have to involve actual head-peeling? ;)

yay! thanks! I'm not sure how heroic Rodney was, though. Maybe that was Ronon, throwing the harpoon.

Then again, maybe not. :)
