Between Due South and Coldfire, I'm scared to ever talk to Giddy again! She's trying to imprint me!

Due South? Also of the good. Trust the Giddy! She won't lead you wrong!

...erm. You'll enjoy it when she does?

I wanna hug this story forever and whisper sweet nothings to it. Then marry it, live with it by my side to a ripe old age, and be buried with it, under a joint tombstone that reads "Wow. That was seriously amazing."

The correct way to refer to this story is, "Before the Face of the Sun Lynne." (It would be ridiculous for me to take its last name. 'Merry Sun'? Who would believe I didn't just make that up?)

I'm glad to see that your intentions towards the story are honorable, considering how many times it's been to stay with you overnight.

*mwah* Thank you!

Okay, now I've actually *read* the story, and it is lovely! Even despite the lack of sex :) Seriously though, why are almost all Coldfire stories totally non-smutty? If there was ever a fandom that I would think would lend itself well to smut...

I wish there was more great Coldfire out there, but hey, I can always reread this!

Yay, glad to hear you liked it when you came to read it! Thank you. :)

And, hm, I don't know. I think I only got them into bed the first time around because I took them by surprise. *g*

He who must not be named can't have been totally opposed to the idea. He went in there, uh "well prepared"...

Am trying to work out if I'm member 13 or 14 or yet to be counted.
Am smiling winsomely at those I think will enjoy the series then sneakily hitting them with a big mallet (5 in 3 countries so figuring to spread the net wide). Also had to order my very own CoS from the US cos even M wasn't prepared to let me steal her copy permanently.

More news when life returns to something approaching normality.

I hope your life *does* get to somewhere around normal soon! I mean, it would be nice.

I think possibly Gerald has more in common with Benton Fraser than one would think. Proper preparation, etc. :)

You and Merry take the prize for being evil Coldfire enablers, there is no doubt, but then you provide us with such rewards!

:wooots all over again:

I love this story. I don't think I need smut while I can have that touch of Tarrant's fingers against Damien's arm, or Damien cradling Tarrant's bare neck, or even Damien washing out his clothes with strong-smelling soap. (I wouldn't object to smut, you understand. *eg*)

*beams at you* I like being an evil enabler. Does wonderful things for my self-image. :)

Thank you so much for your lovely comments! And especially for liking the soap. *g*

(I wouldn't object to smut, either. Maybe if I drug them.)
