Watched the news today and can't help being amused by  this local story (the article is in german).

I think it's really important that protest reaches them from all sides so they know no one will look the other way, when protestors are killed or unfairly arrested.

I know the person of Ahmadinejad does not really matter in this, since he's just a frontman, but it still irks me that Austria could have jailed that dreadful liar for murder 20 years ago.

Since the regime is now trying to let as little information as possible slip out side the country I think it's more important than ever that we collect what we have and dont let the public focus shift away from the demonstrations. The more people are watching the better.

It has swiftly updated news on the riots in Teheran and really impressive pictures.
They have between 1,5-2 million people in the streets now and gathering momentum, I'd say there are chances they can turn this into a revolution, hopefully without too much blodshed.

Looks like either our media was optismistic to the point of insanity or the Iranian vote was massively rigged. I'm afraid, I'll go with the later theory. Shit, I was really looking forward to watch the young Iranians throw this disgusting man out of office.

I just went and voted, hope european folks on my flist do too. We need every brain in this election, as the nationalist zombies are on the rise everywhere.
