Jo Chen revised that Spike cover for #36 and added the baby blues and the scar! I appreciate that greatly! Now I have to weave it into my header image first chance I get :)

Wonder what he's looking at... Probably his tiny hands from the last issue... Maybe a scratch on the steampunk Spikemobile?

I'm thinking Joss, for getting him into this mess :D

Though I really love the cover. Even if nothing else comes from S8, an Artbook with her cover art would be something I'd buy instantly.

I wished she'd do another original comic.

She might just be up for it. She's attending yaoi con and absolutely has a heart for slash. In her comic book she listed: "Can render androgynous male in one minute flat" as one of her skills.

Yay! Now it's the ULTIMATE COVER OF DOOM! (Oh dear, part of me is hoping that another cover from this arc has Chen rendering the Spikemobile (+ Spike and Buffy), because that would be EPIC.)

Teehee, can I say, I love your love for the Spikemobile.

I hope he'll be around on some covers in the future, since the covers are easily the best thing about the comic.

I can't help it, but I'd kill for one that has Buffy and Spike full on fighting.

In my perfect world, I think the comics would essentially consist of Buffy and Spike having adventures in the Spikemobile while Dawn and Satsu run the Council from some (better) HQ by the sheer power of their raised eyebrows. :D (Actually, they'd probably have constituted an actual S8 follow-up to the show, but never mind...)

I can't help it, but I'd kill for one that has Buffy and Spike full on fighting.
