Terms & conditions
1) Sales items are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.
2) We will NOT entertain any refunds from 10th April 2011 onwards.
3) For defective items, please email us picture of the defective item within 10 working days from the day that we mailed out the item. The defective item must be in its original un-used condition.
When we have received ur item, we will do an exchange once your new spree item has reached us.
In the case of out of stock for defective items, we will issue an email notice, crediting the amount to your next purchase with us:)
3) Slight colour difference to actual shade is NOT considered a defect. We will try our best to show a photo of the colour which is closest to the true one. We do not allow exchanges/refunds due to colour discrepancy.
4) NO cancellation of orders once payment is made.
5) Self-collection strictly at our place (lift lobby only) :)
6) We are not liable for any lost mails. Registered mail is thus strongly encouraged:)
