Ralph's (Kroger) is discontinuing their "Club" card and replacing it with a "Rewards" card.  Everybody has to fill out new forms because the old cards won't work next month.  They are trying to sell this as a wonderful thing because you get such great deals.  Yeah.  Great deals like bringing prices down to something somewhat reasonable instead of
