So why, having sent in my fic for this compilation and knowing it has been received, do I feel so incredibly effing nervous about this ONE fic?

For some reason, I think most productively about my fic in the shower. This morning I was in there for what I'm pretty sure was about eight hours -- I'm not sure my skin (or the hot water heater) will ever recover.
