Run "successful".

2.6 miles, a pace just behind 9 minutes, not bad as a starting point having been not-running for 5 months. Legs/lungs/heart all felt pretty okay.

So, except for the massive general sickness/stomach cramping/wanting to throw up, total success. And that definitely wasn't there in the past, so presumably it'll go away in time.
