You know, I think this week's been pretty fun. I mean, it's kinda hard work, but how often do you get to sleep under the stars with this many people? It's a great opportunity to meet new faces, and you gotta admit, fish tastes so much better when it's cooked on a real fire!

Hmm. I don't know any ghost stories, but I've got a scary one.

Once upon a time, a thriving world lived in peace, its inhabitants living cheerily from day to day, going about their merry business. It was a joyful world where elves, humans, dwarves, and all manners of creatures coexisted in harmony. They lived at the beginning of a great new age of enlightenment led by the foremost scholars of the land.

Then one day all magic suddenly disappeared for no reason whatsoever. Everyone died.

How's that? Dramatic, right?

Terrifying! Imagine! A world with no magic. It'd be like living in a world with . . . no sunlight.

I don't think it's quite the same thing. For starters, the world wouldn't go dark if magic disappeared! At least we'd still be able to see what's in front of our noses.
