This movie sounds quite, quite horrid. I'm glad for the review though, as I was thinking of going.

I might've been too harsh and feministah on this movie's ass but seriously, the review I quoted was written by a dude who normally doesn't have feminist considerations on films so I don't feel too alone with my irritation.

I'm mostly annoyed at the wasted opportunity, though. While neither Bullock nore Reynolds are favourites, I thought they had some decent chemistry going. And the premise is nice.. Just. Damn.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it. :/ But yeah, there was a movie that I recently watched that is popular, but I didn't like it much myself.
