Some drive-by Heroes fic recs:

Phantoms by likeahobbit, Ando, Hiro, G, spoilers for 1x19 - This was the plot bunny every Ando&Hiro fan got after watching last Monday's episode. I liked it a ton.

Live Like You Were Dying by acaciaonnastik, Hiro/Charlie, R/NC-17 - It's smut but it works awesomely and yay for more fic for this pairing and eee, this one's totally awesome ( Read more... )

I keep hearing about Ugly Betty, but I'm still kind of iffy about it. Is it worth watching?

Hmm, well, I do like it, but as I mentioned in the post above, it's not anything really amazing to me. I like it enough to marathon it and download it, though, which says something, I guess. In other words, it is a cool show and I luckily hadn't been subjected to a whole ton of overhype when I first watched it.
