I sent my art to my author a couple weeks ago, do I need to send it to you as well or just be sure I post it and have links available for my author on whatever posting date they sign up for?

We'd like you to send it to us just as confirmation that everyone is finished before posting. :)

My beta still isn't done (she needs reminding) but it can be done before May 8th. Do you really need the completed drafts for baby sending in?

We'd like to have them as confirmation that everyone is finished before posting, yeah.

I can send unbeta'd versions by then. But I can't send beta'd because even if she were to complete it before then (and she likely won't be), tomorrow is one of my really busy days of the week and I won't have the energy to go through her corrections?

Would that be okay? Because I'd hate to drop out over something I know will be done before posting.

That's fine. We just need a finished fic, beta'ed or not. As long as it's done before posting, you'll be fine. :)

We'd like to have one if at all possible, but if you're sure you can finish by the posting date, then yes.
