Have you ever read Rosemary Kirstein's Steersworman books?
Me, I haven't read ALL of Seanan McGuire's books yet (still working my way through Toby Daye), but I did discover a second series by Gail Carriger, about a finishing school for young ladies which is training them for covert ops (starts with Etiquette & Espionage). If that might interest you.

To be fair, lot of the things by Seanan on this list are actually short stories (ebooks), not full-on novels. Some of them are available for free on her website.
I have read the Etiquette & Espionage books and I like them a lot. I haven't heard of Steerswoman, but it sounds interesting - I will definitely be adding it to the tbr list! Thanks!

I have read the Etiquette & Espionage books and I like them a lot. I haven't heard of Steerswoman, but it sounds interesting - I will definitely be adding it to the tbr list! Thanks!
