I haven't looked for where Realm of the Elderlings fandom went (which isn't to say I haven't been reading the new books, I have), but I've heard that some of my others are more active on Tumblr lately.

Tumblr, hm? I feel to old... have to get myself up to speed on internet these days. I wasn't thinking any further than that people might've moved to one of the LJ carbon copies, insanejournal or some such.

Yes, Tumblr is a good place to start. The fandom is not big, but constant. The Plenty is not bad either, just search Robin Hobb The Plenty on Google or what not. :) On Tumblr you'll find mostly quotes and fanarts, and sometimes someone starts up a discussion. It's definitely the best place to look for a RP partner imo. The Plenty is good to keep up to date with any kind of news regarding her books and its forum is a good place for indepht discussion, hypothesis and so on. I kind of prefer the discussions that pop up on Tumblr because they focuses more on the progressive aspects of her books, while The Plenty is more plot based. But I think these two parts of fandom are complementaly to each other, ha! :D)
