Thin,crispy and a tad salty oatmeal cookies sound good. Made the softer kind a couple of weeks ago and have been thinking to make some again soon, so this would be a good variation. Thanks for sharing.

One of my favorite cookie recipes had been a soft oatmeal cookie. And then I tried making this crispy kind and it's my new favorite :)

ooh...those do look good. Funny to see a recipe that made another recipe less healthy. I haven't seen that happen in a while.
