Yeah, I liked that hat line, too. And I'm sure all the Cadsoka fans are fangasming over that "We'll have to dance another time." Geez. I have a feeling the CW writers know more than they let on.
So I wasn't really sure, but did Anakin realize who Rako really was? I couldn't tell, though he may have only passed out without it registering. I'unno. Also loved the Godfather "fortune cookie."
I guess that electrical sound in Bane's voice is just how his natural voice, unless he has some kind of internal thing. But he's had the pipes off for two episodes and still has that sound. But again, we haven't seen/heard any other duros in CW, so it's anyone's guess.
Also: Pablo. I dunno if it was intentional or not, but that was an interesting juxtaposition having him and Bane in the same scene, since they're both supposed to be Peter Lorre, Pablo more obviously so. Just thought it was, well, interesting.
Wouldn't surprise me if they know a few things here and there, though the TCW crew hasn't really struck me as being intimately involved in fandom like, say, the crews of Adventure Time or My Little Pony are. (Although given the nature of Star Wars fandom, that perhaps might be a good thing to keep a distance and not induldge in too much fan service. Little nods here and there are okay, though)
I think Anakin has an idea, but he probably hasn't put two-and-two together just yet. The fallout from this is going to be nothing if not righteous anger on Anakin's end of things.
Part of me wonders if Obi-Wan's appearance serum is timed, because I'm wondering when the other shoe will drop. Next week's episode sounds like arc filler (bounty hunters gather together and have to participate in an obstacle course, from what I've heard), but maybe it'll move the plot along.
