[David wanders into the room, curiosity getting the better of him. He inhales the crisp air of the Fall, and steps out onto the path. Beneath his feet, the fallen leaves make crisp sounds as he steps on them, being cautious about his surroundings.]
[That's when he notices Frank. And those delicious looking pumpkins.]
[He bites the inside of his cheek for a bit.] Hmh. Carving pumpkins. You use a knife to carve out the shape of a face into it, then you put a candle inside and it looks really neat.
Miss Clark allowed me to make one once. I can show you if you want.
[He walked with Frank out to the hallway, trying his best to search for a kitchen.]
[He nods to himself as the pumpkin is rested on the table. He gave it a firm slap.] First, we've gotta get the innards out of this pumpkin. The seeds need to be extracted from the fruit so there won't be any nasty surprises in the pie.
Then when it's all scraped out, I'll show you how to carve.
[Holding still for a moment, Null lines his blade up with the top of the pumpkin. He breathes and steadies himself, suddenly slamming the blade down against the surface, hacking through the skin and straight through to the other side in but a single motion.]
[The part he cut remains connected for a moment... Before slowly slipping off the rest of the body and falling to the kitchen floor.]

[He licks his lips.]
