[Raven doesn't know why she's suddenly in a plain white room, when just a minute ago she swore she was facing up against Snake. Or rather, she had been in white room anyway and posing for him as he snapped off pictures. But it had been more like an endless space. They were two different things, last time Raven checked.]
Huh...
[She clenches her fists

[Hey, this isn't Shadow Moses. He can still feel pain in his chest from Snake's bullets (he assumes), but this is definitely not the right place.]
[Vamp is just going to stand there with a stupid look on his face now.]

Let's go to the first floor, find the exit. I'd like to know who took my clothes and knives.

[She's at least glad she kept her clothes. Did that mean Snake took pictures of Vamp, too? Without his clothes? Huh, that's even more perverted. At least Snake obviously liked men more than women, then.]

[Snake... the last thing he remembers is him injecting him with something. Perhaps it had killed him... that would explain Raven's presence.]
In any case, keep your eyes open for weapons as we head downstairs.

[She wondered how far down they'd have to go.]
Do you think Snake took your weapons, too? And, um, your clothes?
Reply
Hm? [He gives her a confused look.]
Snake? I cannot imagine that he would. [Though now that he thinks about it, who else could have?]
[Arching an eyebrow, he starts leading her down the stairs.]

[Her hands clench again, and her suit flares up for a moment.]
I'll make him pay for hurting her!

I had just been fighting him when I arrived here.
[And lost. Badly. How had that happened again...?]
If we find him, he will pay, yes.

[Blunt.]
I hope the others are okay. I can't feel them...
[Normally the mental connection between the Beauties at least helped them know where the others were. It was easier to launch co-ordinated attacks when your minds were all acting as one. But right now, she had no clue where any of the Beauties were.]

[He shakes his head slowly.]
Only Mantis remains... or remained. Perhaps the others are all right if you and I are.
[Good for them, not for him. But it is a bit of a relief that Snake isn't killing him now.]

[She shrugs, looking behind her every so often. The hallways were silent, other than the rustling and occasional cawing of the ravens. The louder cawing made her edge closer to Vamp, still feeling vulnerable.]
The ravens are still here... they're following us...

Focus on me and the goal of leaving this place. They want you to pay attention to them, if you focus on something else they will leave you alone for now.

[With some difficulty she wrenches her gaze away from them, instead doing as she's told and focusing on the floor.]
Isn't there a lift or something? All these stairs are going to make our feet hurt.
Reply
[It would take a hell of a lot more stairs to make his feet hurt, though he'll just toss her over his shoulder if she complains.]
I wouldn't trust it anyway.

[She didn't want to feel caged in again. Especially not if the ravens were still following her.]

[Lost in his thoughts about the current situation and the one he'd just left, he continues on in silence.]
