[The other Rose is sitting on a chair at the cafe, watching the people go by. The sky above her was cloudy, looking as if it was about to rain.]

[Running into Owl again had really done a number to her mood. Despite the things that had been going on around her, she had thought he had lost interest, so knowing she was being stalked still- it put her on edge.]

[And the things he kept saying, about Jack mistreating her. Not listening to her. She couldn't help but keep thinking about it. It started out as a small worry, that festered the more she thought about it.]

It's Mantis'. He forgot it the last time I ran into him, so I was returning it.

[There was nothing wrong with what she was doing, so she wasn't going to lie about it. Although returning an article of clothing to your ex might be considered shady in some circles.]

The weather perfectly matched Fortune's indifference when she entered the strange room although there was a hit of confusion in her blue eyes. All of this inside a building? The Nexus once more proved to be a very strange place.
