I've been kicking around an idea recently.  Washington College's Department of Drama webpage is fairly nifty, especially since they've started archiving photos from the dress rehearsals of each Department production.  But I feel like it could be something more.  If the page is intended as a landing point for potential students, it could be ( Read more... )

Let's be honest...it's also part vanity project. :P Nonetheless, I'm also proud of the folks I know. Hell, I've done three shows in the past year, each with two WAC alumni. We're EVERYwhere (in the Mid-Atlantic)!

I think this is an awesome, awesome idea. Shane Brill is the fabulous guru who organizes the website, if you want to email him too. (It's the logical address.) More than likely, he'll be completely up for it if you're able to just present him with the information. And between Dale and you, I don't think you'll have a problem luring the drama alums out of the woodwork.

Yeah, I figured Shane would be the actual point person. I'll get in touch with both of them.

Hey, that's just not the path you took. That doesn't mean that you can't do anything with it in the future...besides, you did some tech stuff at Hopkins, right? Met John Astin? Took a dump in Mother Maggie's shoes?

I like this idea! Why, I even got mentioned in a review of Merchant for portraying a convincing man in a "lesser role". If that isn't success, I don't know what is.

Wow, that's right up there with the praise I got for my "Charming woodenness" in Servant of Two Masters. Of course, no one ever wrote anything so glowing about me as that feature you got in the Etownian last year. (Yes, I looked you up on Yahoo this morning. Small world.)
