I can sort of understand the point some people are trying to make, about messing with mother nature and whatnot. But - he didn't. He didn't destroy anything to try to hinder it. Rather he tried to educate the public and have people enjoy and be awed by animals. Sure, he was over the top and showy and certain things he didn I was completely against (the baby and the gator for example). The man was a conservationist who strived for the survival of mother nature.
