I, on the other hand, don't have many good things to say about NBC's Olympic coverage. I'm disappointed that we miss out on many interesting events on TV, but understand there is a time constraint and the sports of the masses win out. What I'm most disappointed about is NBC's choice to not use a platform independent plugin for streaming video.

I found this extensive coverage thru my broadband service and NBC ... thru my puter to a 40" 1080P ... left nothing missing ... except the sleep time.

The quality was not as sharp as direct HDTV, but still quite nice ... I think its staying up and available for a week or so.

Think of a matrix of about 20 or so kinds of events by 14 days of coverage. Yes broadcast TV has its agendas for limited event coverage and mass interest, but the net-side really rawked.
