I thought of two more episodes which I love:

[The Buffy musical episode (imdb)]! The proper title is 'Once More, With Feeling' (6.07). I love it for the fact that it is a ridiculous musical which fits within the logic of the show. I love that there's a line in one of the songs about how the guy is happy that the dry cleaners got the mustard stain out of his shirt. I also love that it's a fairly lighthearted episode of Buffy. I don't think that there is a freely available version of this episode on the web.

[The time-loop episode of SG1 (imdb)]! Oh, Window of Opportunity (4.06), how are you so awesome?! I'm not sure I can accurately summarise just how awesome it is. So I shall leave you with the image of Te'alc and Col. Jack O'Neill standing in front of the Stargate in full golf gear shooting golf balls through it. When General Hammond politely asks them what the heck they're doing, Jack yells 'In the middle of my backswing!?' I think this would be watchable and enjoyable by anyone who has minimal familiarity with the Stargate 'verse

It starts working within 30 to 60 minutes, and you should only take it when you need it.
