I'm pretty certain I can get a recipe for you. My sister send me a really great one. Give me a few days to look it out. I've got a to-do list about a mile long at the mo. Sooooo much correspondance in particular. This is the major problem with going away anywhere!

Oh thank you very much! No worries about when-- I'll still need to eat whenever you get it to me :)

I love going places, it's just the coming back that's the difficult bit, as you say.

I was sort of in two minds about it this time. I didn't want to leave my folks and my kitties but it was good to get back to Phil :)

I found the recipe by the way:

Rolo Cake

225g butter
280g milk choc for in cake
280g milk choc for topping
6tbsp golden syrup
450g rolos
450g digestive biscuits, crushed

Melt butter, 280g choc and syrup.
Add biscuits and rolos.
Press into tray bake tin.
Chill.
Melt other 280g choc and spread over top.
Chill and slice.

I use cling film in the tin and put the mix on that so it doesnt stick to it, it
peels off really easily. I made half the quantities above xx - instructions from my sis

I haven't made it myself but my sis has and I've sampled. So damn delicious. I'm not sure whether or not you get Rolos over there? Any chocolate covered carmels should do the trick if you dont

Coming back to Phil is nice! :)

Oh, that recipe looks marvelous! *drools* (There are Rolos here so that's not a problem.)
