You know, I love my nephew, I really do, BUT HE'S DRIVING ME CRAZY. So, I have escaped to my bedroom for a brief sojourn with the computer. *relaxed sigh*

Anywhozle, last night I finished watching Coffee Prince, and... wow. This show was like the greatest slash story anyone could ask for, except that, well, one of the dudes turned out to be a ( Read more... )

I am so glad you enjoyed Coffee Prince! It's my favorite Kdrama of all time really. and You pretty much highlighted already most of the reasons why it is :D I also really enjoyed the secondary romances well most of them, and that's more than I can say for alot of kdramas. I am also happy you enjoyed Goong I had a feeling you would ;) I didnt get the chance comment back then because I was hella busy.

I loved min yeop and eun chan's friendship! It was such a bros kind of friendship except that she is a girl XD I always love asian dramas that allow the leads to play around and subvert gender roles (and it happens more frequently than you'd think!) I was so sad when I heard the actor for min yeop died D:
Do you know what asian dramas you'll be watching next? I'm curious :)

Actually, I've just started Full House. Not sure if I like it yet or not, but it was rec'd by the same person who rec'd My Girl, so I'm thinking I'll end up enjoying it. There were a few other gender-swap series I was thinking about watching, too (like You're Beautiful, and there was one Japanese one where the title is too hard for me to remember). Also, I'm Sam looks kind of interesting. Ah, so much to watch, so little time! Hee.

Coffee Prince sounds really interesting and I may end up watching it. I love that kind of story (though guy/guy would be just peachy with me).

Also, this may sound shallow or Asian fetishistic, but Korean actors especially are usually really hot.

Oh, definitely check it out! It was so good (Drama Fever is probably the best place to find it if you just want to watch online)

Also, I agree that the actors in these Korean dramas are beautiful, OMG.

I am watching Coffee Prince right now and it is adorable (and funny). I think I might also watch Boys Over Flowers and one or two of the other ones you mentioned.

YAY! This pleases me greatly, I must say. Those k-dramas are pretty damn addicting though, just to warn you.
