FUNNIEST EP OF THE BIG BANG THEORY EVER, Y/Y? I love it when the boys get to be nerdy together. It has been too damn long! Also, I need an icon of Raj sleeping on Howard. MAKE THIS HAPPEN FANDOM, IMMEDIATELY.
I had a marathon of S1 with my friend Emma, the other day. You know, I haven't seen this high level of intelligent humour since Fraser and I hadn't realized how much I had been craving it! LOL!
But I love that it can be high and low brow at the SAME time. Not many sitcoms can achieve that, and the beautiful balance of the cast and the fantastic writing just make this show abfab!
And yo...I kind of sort of love Leonard/Leslie a little too much. I think Johnny and Sara's chemistry from Roseanne totally spilled over.
Oooooh, I'm glad you're watching it! I marathoned seasons 1 and 2 in like 3 days last summer. It was crazy.
Raj is so freaking adorable, especially in season 3. Sheldon was very much the focus of my attention all throughout seasons 1 and 2, but season 3 has really showcased the awesomeness that is Raj and Howard. They are so, so wonderful.
Leonard/Leslie! They were pretty good together (although, I was shipping Sheldon/Leslie pretty hard).
I could totally see Sheldon/Leslie because she knows just exactly what buttons to push and I find that SO endearing, for some reasons.
Couples that can piss each other off just totes makes my day, lol!
BUT I can't see Sheldon in a sexual relationship...AT ALL. Idk, he strikes me as asexual or something. He doesn't seem to possess the attraction gene, allowing him to transform that into a want. Like, if he were to meet a highly intelligent woman, he'd be more focused on either trying to understand her logically, or trying to compete with her, rather than date.
The other three have girls on their minds, to varying degrees. Sheldon, for me...doesn't have that motive and I love it. I love that, it's what sets him apart.
I need to see this. And when you say 'funniest ep ever'... does that include "The Adhesive Duck Deficiency" with the guys being stoned out of their minds and Raj wanting to be king of a rabbit race, and Leonard wanting to be called 'Angelo'? Because nothing beats that one for me.
Oh, it definitely beats that ep for me. But keep in mind that I am also super nerdy when it comes to fandom memorabilia, so I could relate to this ep all too well. Plus, I am a fan of all four boys together rather than just the three of them (they tend to be lacking when Sheldon isn't there, but you know I love me some Sheldon/Penny, so I didn't actually mind a whole lot during that ep that Sheldon wasn't with them).
