Marshall/Lily are quite possibly the cutest married couple in sitcom history.

And I like Ted/Stella but then again I am pre-inclined to like Sarah Chalke because I loved her on Scrubs. I'm starting to feel bad for Ted, a successful HIMYM means bad relationship after bad relationship for Ted.

But overall Barney is awesome.

I can't get over how adorable Marshall/Lily are. They manage to be awesome and sappy at the same time.

You know, it's not that I disliked Stella, I think the show just spent too much screentime with them as a couple. Ted's previous girlfriends (besides Robin) got the big getting together episode and then after that they pretty much just popped up here and there and the scenes weren't that long. With Stella, it just felt like it was too much too soon, which I guess was kind of the point? But, blah, didn't like them too much. I did, however, love Stella's ex. He was hilarious.

Barney is wicked awesome. I love him so very much.

Barney/Robin is such a great otp! I always thought the show was really lucky that the 2 characters/actors had such great chemistry since the pairing was never planned.

I love Ted but he always bores me when they try to get him to fall in love with someone. He is always awesome when he's with another cast member or doing something on his own.

Btw have you seen the description for The Office premiere? I don't dare to get my hopes up but OHMYGOD.

I'm excited for the Ted/Mother storyline. After 4 seasons worth of buildup, it has to be epic, right? At least, I hope so. And it looks like it's going to be a teacher/student deal, which I already dig. So, hopefully when they bring her in it will be awesome as opposed to completely boring (I liked Victoria, but even with her I got a little tired of their scenes together towards the end of her stint on the show).

And YES! The description for The Office! The thing is, I've been burned far too much from spoilers with this show, so I can't even get enthused about it. But there's still this niggling hope that the spoiler totally means what I want it to mean (though that's unlikely. Especially with the Andy/Erin spoilers from a few weeks back. Blerg).

Yay for Barney/Robin! Benefits was the last episode on my initial HIMYM binge, which is probably why I'm so obsessive over the show and the pairing. And, yeah, season three didn't do much for me, except for Barney/Robin, and also that one episode where Lily gives Barney a hug (their friendship is the cutest thing ever. Other than Marshall/Lily).

And I am SO EXCITED for s2 of Merlin. Seriously.

Season 4 got me very into Barney/Robin, but then last night I watched the finale and it kind of soured the ship for me a little bit. :( I don't know, after all that buildup on Barney's end, I felt cheated on not getting any buildup with Robin's feelings for him. Plus, Barney abandoning his EPIC LOVE for her so easily kind of made me go, "Oh, man, come on!" It kind of bummed me out. But at the same time, it was done in a funny way, so I didn't not enjoy it, just... it wasn't a satisfying payoff.

I'm not a fan of the finale, either. Although I do think that it makes sense that Barney's more comfortable with loving Robin from afar than actually, you know, having a shot with her. But, yeah, I'm hoping that s5 rectifies some of that.

(Oh, and I'm in the middle of s3 of Buffy. Just watched the episode where Giles has to get rid of Buffy's powers for that test thingy, and guh. Their relationship really is awesome.)

Uther looks entirely too nice in that pic to be Uther. ;)

Right? I was trying to figure out what was so off about that picture, and that's exactly it. But he's still hot, so it's all good.
