I love it. Its reminiscent of a traditional Japanese ghost story--willows are famous for being the place to see ghosts over there.

You are really good at writing horror, you know that? This was great. Nice job setting the mood with them running and then the description of the hut, you just knew something spooky was going to happen.

Only thing that really bugged me is wouldn't Inuyasha have recognized the scent of death in the air. Then I remembered that he was human and things would smell differently than he was used to.

So you did a very good job with this. Thank you for sharing.

Very scary I thought I was in the middle of a hurt/comfort story then you sucker punch punched me with the ghost. Well done.
