Gee, I wonder what your interests are? Hmmm, let's see. There is one area missing: the making of beer and wine. What I notice too, is how many of my friends who use their minds intensely also put great effort into making things that stimulate the senses: touch and sight with clothing, jewelry, and pottery; taste and smell with food and wine or beer; hearing with singing/music.
