London Expo!

So I am sad. I have tried and tried to work my money out....paying bills, rent etc...and I just can't justify spending £50 minimum to go to Expo this weekend. I would have loved to see Michael Hogan, But I don't think my landlord would accept my BSG obession as an excuse for not paying the rent :-( Sad I won't get to see

Sorry I haven't been around lately, things have been REALLY stupidly busy and I miss my LJ ::hugs:: Sorry you're not going to the Expo. I know it's right near me but I can't go either :( Money and work and Uni and GAH! Too much stuff but I finally have a whole day off so I'm going to make time to post something later on my LJ and not drop away again :)

How are you doing, besides the dissapointment of not going to the Expo? ::hugs::

Ah, well University is going REALLY well. I love it here and I love my house. Work on the other hand is getting a bit much. I love it there but they are starting to rely on me more and more and demand more of my time and it's getting a bit difficult to juggle everything. I'd have quit already if I didn't love it there so much. Still, I think there might come a time when I reach the limit and say that enough is enough :)

How are things with you? What have you been up to?

Awww yeah, working and studying can be tough, you make sure you take it easy. Life heres been pretty boring. Nothing much to report really. Mums having a Halloween party on the 1st which should be fun! Aside from that lifes pretty dull. Im trying to get my UCAS form filled out for my nursing degree, I forgot how damn difficult those forms can be. :-P

Awesome that you're going to the SF Ball in Feb!! It will be loads of fun! Just think positive thoughts! I have a good feeling about it. In fact, I already booked last August. (upgraded to gold later, hahah) But yeah, it would royally suck if Mary cancels...*blocks image, thinks positive thoughts*

Yeah, go for gold! I think it's totally worth it. I mean...cocktail party, better seating, priority with signing sessions!

Yup, I am staying at the con hotel itself. It's completely booked out now. Have you booked a hotel yet? Try the Chelsea Hotel. I think it's very cheap (25 pounds for a single room, so a room for more people might even be cheaper?!).

What to get Mary to sign...yeah a real brain cracker that is! I want to have at least a wallpaper of mine signed. I am thinking about the black/pink one I made using pics from the Envelope Event. I even have it printed already. But still...it has to be perfect! I also have an idea of a photo of hers, but gah...how to be sure??

Yeah, I will Go for Gold too, not booked a hotel yet, I guess I should think about that soon. Though at the mo Im going on my own so Im waiting to see where some other LJ'ers are staying so I wont be alone....Some serious thinking will have to go into what to get signed. :-P

LOL, Nope Ive not booked anything yet, but Ive been in touch with a girl who goes every year who seems to know everything about it and she said that tickets will always be availiable to the last minute! As for hotels I guess they should be booked or reserved nearer the time, Im hoping to try to be in the same hotel as some of yous for major flailing!! YOU HAVE TO COME!!

Hummm well Im in the UK, and it hasn't started here yet, ive been following S5 through the joys of LJ ;-) I saw this weeks one Ep 5 Lucky 13. As far as I know next weeks is still on Tues. You need any linkage? :D

And oh to be paid as a fangirl!!! I should be on a HIGH salary!
