I saw that on adama_roslin when I came in from work and like I said there, I like the idea of Laura drawing strength from that pic during her diloxin treatment as Billy was so helpful to her during her first bout with cancer.

I also like the fact that it's one of the first things she took when she moved into Bill's quarters, hehe. ;) :)
