Since I use this as a medical journal / history sometimes, I figured I would drop this in: yesterday my neck locked up again.

• Last night I took an epsom salt bath. I did some research that said epsom salt baths work for arthritis pain - the magnesium can penetrate the pores and help with inflammation.
