I've been doing moderately better at getting my workouts in. I say 'moderately' because I've been hampered by my neck -- I've had the stabbing can't-turn-my-head type of pain on and off but more or less consistently for the last 6 weeks. Oh god, I'm already resigned to doing way worse than last year. I did a tempo run yesterday and I was struggling to keep under a 10:00/mile pace - THAT'S how behind I am in training. So definitely don't hurt yourself more; we'll all just have to focus on not caring as much this year. :P
