Random: You have brokenprism as a community, I assume so you can easily have a separate journal to post with. Have you ever heard of the shared journal option? It lets you keep a separate journal as a writing journal or similar, post to it from your main journal, yet not have it as a community.

I'd thought of using a different account to post stuff for my current original story (since I'm working on it with my brother, then he could post as well), so I'll look into that separate journal thingey for that, then. I figured he and I would just both post into brokenprism, but ... that's worth looking into really, to keep fandom and original separate. SUCH A GEEK.
I used to run my own blog at my own website, so I'm really shite at this LJ stuff. I'm like "WHERE IS MOVEABLE TYPE ;___;" and then I spazz and change my BG colour for fun.

change_journal_type brokenprism shared
You can automatically post to it, and can add other users who can.
If you make another journal for beacon, set it up as a community and go through the same change_journal_type step, then do the following one:
shared -beaconjournal- add -your brother's LJ-
wherein you replace -beaconjournal- with the actual journal name, keep "add" the same, and replace -your brother's LJ- with his actual LJ name.

I guess it makes more sense to have a journal people can friend rather than a community, esp if my brother can still post. (Not that he really will - he seems to not like LJ - but I was hoping to get him in it anyway XD)
Why thank you ma'am!
