I had the crappiest run today. I must have taken off too fast, because I had to stop at 1.5mi. I still got the 5K done in 30:00 (with a 2min walk, so that tells you how fast I was going), but it sucked. I think I did too much in the weight room

I think it is in its 4th season? I don't know, I haven't been watching it from the beginning (oops). But it's awesome! It has the sexiest nerdy computer girl EVER.

It's good! It's like CSI, except that it focuses a lot more on the criminal rather than evidence gathering -- it's about profiling really creepy people. Plus I want to have sex with everyone on the show but that isn't exactly new or anything.

You should record it! One of these weekends when nothing is going on we will have to have a marathon TV party
