Describe what would happen if THAT GUY got a reality TV show on MTV.

What would THAT GUY do? What would MTV make THAT GUY do? Would he achieve fame? Fade into obscurity? Would there be a whole show full of people LIKE That Guy? Would That Guy become the next Jersey Shore/Guido phenomenon
