I actually have a great fondness for pages that try to put more information on the screen when people have gigantic windows. All the whitespace? The heck with that. But you don't want to make the center column variable-width, because you're going to have people way outside of the ideal characters-per-line size. Perhaps it looks bad, though?
so at home on firefox it looked all super cool. at work on IE whatever it's not so cool. it's all smushed or something. (sorry about the lack of a technical term)
i like that the colors change. feels like i'm living in technicolor, which is sweet.
I like the overall look-- the rounded corners and title bars, etc. The rotating colors are cool, too. I like all of the body colors. The titlebar green, though, burns my eyes (and the white text is next-to-illegible against it). The link color looks bad on most of the background colors, too. I'd suggest a more neutral color. Or, even better, have it change with the background color so it always fits

Only one bug, I think- the category box floats over to the right when the window is pretty wide (~1200px). Scrunching it makes it fit into place.

I'm using IE 6.0 and the links box over on the right side is overlapping the stuff in the middle. I changed the font size, but it didn't fix it.
