I use Tweetdeck. It's WinX compatible and allows you to be logged in to multiple accounts at once.

I've started using Tweetdeck at work but wound up with Seesmic at home. I'm still not sure which I like better, though I would definitely only use Seesmic Web in an emergency. The columns are too narrow and really annoy me, and I don't think you can change that. But the desktop app got me through the three PBS chats!
