I'd love to do a custom order for you. You can see some of my current fabrics here and here. The headbands are $7 each plus $1 shipping, which will cover up to 4 headbands.

I custom size them as to make sure they'll fit around your head. Actually, that's the whole reason I started making headbands, my head was too big for the ones the store!
