I'm actually going to see about making something like this for Wastelands.  So awesome!

Jen sent me the auction, it wow.  But knowing my shrimpatude, the bracers would probably be huge on me.

So maybe I make!  Of course there is the problem of finding the props included...but wow.

heh, I think the syringes are actually ball point pens. They aren't super common but wouldn't be hard to find (if you know any medical professionals they might have some around their desks at work that they could give you).
