So about a 2 month ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. And I am honestly trying my very best to follow my Doctors orders. I'm limiting my carbohydrate intake to less then 35 carbs permeal. I'm walking 20 minutes a day 5 days a week. And I'm taking my medication as directed.
