My work's health improvement newsletter this quarter tells me that
a) One drink a day is better for my heart health than none
b) To get good, restful sleep, I should not drink within 6 hours of bedtime.
The obvious conclusion is that they intend for me to have a drink at work around 4pm each afternoon.
