Weight Management: A cunning plan...

I did have it all planned out in my head and I even posted my plan in my blog on 13th April.  I would finish the Cambridge Weight Plan and then transfer (seemlessly) over to the familiarity and - shall we say - security of another, weight loss company (we'll call them Whale Watchers); which would give me that accountability for the long term.  That ( Read more... )

Indeed:

Can't attend WW meetings whilst using another company's diet programme (fair enough). My weight loss would be 'cheating' other WW particpants.

Can't attend and not weigh in. Can't have access to any of their materials.

Will not allow me to finish CD and then join WW unless I am prepared to lose more weight. As I will have lost almost 100lbs I really don't want to lose any more.

Therefore, they weren't going out of their way for my business, so I shall do something else.

It sounds like you have a mini library all of your own - and you can keep the books out as long as you want :)

I joined WW in 2008 and ended up dropping out and losing weight myself. Of course, I've gained a lot of it back, which is not what you want to do. Good luck, with a positive mindset, I'm sure you can do it!

WW online is £32.95 atm but you get £30 back with Quidco therefore costing just 2.95 for the 3 months, you need to check the Quidco offer is still valid though , that is what I paid .....
