After four months of absolutely fabulous downwards progress, my body has decided that it's not going to play ball this week and we've hit a bit of a plateau.  I'm pressing on for the moment, but if it continues we might need to think about changing tactics to kick start it again.

There are two reasons why I don't do Twitter:

A) it's a waste of my life. Who cares what I'm doing every minute of every day? Even I don't care!
b) You can't get a considered argument into 140 characters so you tend to get drivel.

The whole Japan mess, I would love to be of some value to those poor people. But you are 100% correct about prayer and giving $ for aid.
Your reference to the low lifes who referenced this disaster as pay back for Pearl Harbor - gads - never would have crossed my mind especially considering what do they think the A bomb being used in Hiroshima and Nagasaki was about?! I am not hindu but I certainly believe in the general notion of karma -and those idiots who would suggest such a thing will undoubtedly have an experience of an undesirable nature.

I am fascinated by the hoopla of Will and Kate's wedding. Since we do not have a royal family, I am amazed at how people are following this every step of the way. I might check out pictures and such because I would love to see what people wear or what happens. I am nosy that way. I refuse to watch the Entertainment shows that are following each and every little wedding plan as well as digging into the background of every person involved.
