I hate crowded shops! In fact, I don't like either crowds or shops very much, so put the two together and little mongoose scuttles off as fast as she can. Yay for the Internet, say I. I do all my Christmas shopping online every year. No crowds, no filthy weather, no loud music, and you can find what you want quickly without getting yourself tired and fratchety. With a cat on your lap, at that. :-)

Online is most definitely my preferred method of Christmas shopping. I just need to train myself to find out what people would like earlier on in the year so I can get myself organised.

There's a few of those songs about. Procul Harem's Whiter Shade of Pale springs to mind. Almost anything by David Bowie. Several Bob Dylan numbers. American Pie...

Oh Christmas, what would we ever do without you? I hate the frenzy of stores, but I have to admit I still get that ticklish feeling inside this time of year. There's just something about it. Some years it's not as noticeable as others and as long as I don't pine too much for my dog, it will be good.

Powerpoint presentations for grade school? My have times changed. I still hand wrote all my papers in high school.

There is something very special about Christmas Eve. I still love it.
