Thanks. Yeah, I guess I'm just being my neurotic self. And admittedly weird self. I feel all off-kilter when in situations for which I don't really have a "script." I frequently go far afield from said script, I just like to know what I'm going afield from or something.

When I was in for tests one of the visiting religious did just that, it was comforting to be talking to someone with whom I had no relationship, because I could talk about my fears openly without worrying that I would upset the other person!

That is good to know. I really hadn't thought about it that way. Thank you. And I'm glad they were able to be there and do that for you.

Have I thrown the Lovingkindness Survival Kit at you recently? (It was written by ozarque, whose journal is terrific.)

Ooh, thankee! I like that. As I was just saying above, I really like feeling I have some sort of script. Frequently I have it just so I can deviate from it, but it's a security blanket to have.

I should get back to reading ozarque's journal again. I had found it overwhelming for awhile, so I "unfriended" her. There so needs to be a better term for that, because it had nothing to do with ending a friendship, especially as we don't actually know one another at all. It was very interesting, though. Maybe I'll give it another go.
