So.... I'm so confused. Is this new Torchwood? A movie? I'm so missing things since I'm not on TV anymore. I didn't see anything at their site? I'm confused? I want new Torchwood.

It is new Torchwood. Not officially available in the States until the 28th.

I finally worked that out in ep3. Makes more sense. I'd thought it was something to do with 10 Downing, though that didn't quite seem to fit.

King Edwards are a variety of potato, no idea why, but they make good mash, and that's all that really counts!

Gotcha. I did finally work that out (with a bit of lip reading) during ep3. I still wouldn't have understood the reference, but at least I'd've stopped trying to figure out wtf it had to do with 10 Downing, as they obviously weren't in the same building as the PM.
