Welcome. Normally, I loath Priceline, but with their new hotel pricing, they've sometimes have too good to pass up deals.

It depends on your definition of cooler. About 6:00 a.m. is roughly the coolest it gets, and that's usually in the low to mid 80's. (All that pavement holds a lot of heat.)

There's a bus line, but without knowing where you'd be staying, I can't say for certain how much that would cost and how much walking would be involved.
