Dood ur probably a little too young, but I remember shopping for those cabbage patch kids dolls when they first came out. OH MY FRICKIN GOD!!!

People were like literally dropping elbows on each other to grab these things. Its so funny now to see them being sold again... but glad to see you reunited with yours... do you still have the birth certificate?

The weird thing is the tag on the Cabbage Patch Doll says 1978...I wasn't born until 1981 so I don't know who had this doll before me...

I don't have the birth certificate and I have NO idea what the hell her name used to be. We named it Olivia. Although she's blonde/blue and Steve thought it should be swedish. He wanted to name her Helga. Um. No.

Sounds like something I'd do. Steve's ok in my book. ^_^

(Incidentley, my Red Sox Cabbage Patch is in the basement somewhere. I never slept with it though.)

So cute!!! I had a few Cabbage Patch Kids. Daria Jeanette, Cass Roxanne and Elliott Percy. Plus, I had a Koosa. Oh - and Elliott Percy was a "preemie".

Still have them but they are at my moms house. And I was born in 1974 and I SO recall when it was near impossible to get them. Luckily for my younger sister and I, my mother worked in marketing for AT&T and lied to the toy store and we got one doll each. The kicker was that it happened to be on my brothers birthday and he was PISSED that we got presents. And what did he get for his birthday? National Geographic Magazine. Classic gift or a 10 year old boy . . .

Anyhow, Steve is adorable! My hubby does NOT have that in him . . .
